Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Parlor Calendar No. 10" shelf clock, 8 days, time, strike and perpetual calendar, weight driven movement in a walnut case with painted metal dials, c1885
CONDITION:
the case is refinished and has a glossy appearance. There are various crack repairs to the top. Both dials are new replacements. There is a new dial mount below calendar dial. We sold a similar example in our October 2001 auction for $8500 plus 10% buyer's premium. Production date stenciled on rear = 5881H (August, 1885) Ht 36"
